Apps from the App Store

For apps downloaded from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, unless an app provides its own license agreement.

Intellectual property

The Services and their content are owned by Lucida Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of any content you create using our apps.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features that use AI may produce inaccurate results; please review outputs before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucida Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
